Abstract: In modern times the interest of scholars, researchers, writers and even ordinary people are increasing towards participation of women in politics and decision-making process. The participation of women in party’s politics and especially at the Islamic Revival Party of Tajikistan presents a unique phenomenon in Central Asia. The main issues addressed in this paper are: first, to consider the activities of political parties and women participation through the legal framework, second, to analyze why women joining the Islamic Revival Party of Tajikistan and consist the majority of members. This work is mainly done through the analysis of these issues by considering articles, interviews, and primary source materials. The importance of choosing this issue might be explained by the fact it has not been investigated previously. Moreover, the participation of women at the Islamic Revival Party might be interest for further detailed studies of this issue in the future. The result of this study indicates that women at the Islamic Revival Party of Tajikistan are divers and mostly they need to be more engage in political issues rather cultural. Also, they need trainings and courses for improvement their capacities.
