Abstract: After collapse of Soviet Union Kyrgyzstan became the largest recipient of foreign soft power. Due to this, great number of foreign educational institutions were established throughout the Kyrgyzstan. Today Kyrgyzstan hosts American, Russian, Turkish and Chinese educational institutions. This research aims to study the effect of soft power based on three popular universities as American University of Central Asia, Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University and Manas University. The project outcomes will help to determine the influences of American, Russian and Turkish education and illustrate the experiences that young people of Kyrgyzstan have during the transformation of Central Asia.
