Abstract: | Borat destroyed Kazakhstan’s soft power. Wait, how could someone destroy what did not exist?! For the newly emerged and developing countries as Kazakhstan the role of soft power is vital. Soft power is power of attraction. It should be managed and controlled by the government and the people of a country.
