dc.description.abstract | This research analyzes the anti-extremist strategy of Tajik government. While illustrating all the adopted and processed regulations it looks at the real threat of Militant Islam in Tajikistan and how pragmatic the problem is. The work has a policy paper character. Accordingly, first of all it illustrates the actions of the main restricting party, government, and criticizes an enacted agenda. Secondly, the opinions of the officials are reviewed to exemplify the effectiveness of the policies and the target they are directed to. Finally, the work looks at the reaction of youth and International society and concludes that anti-extremist policies, which are directed to stop radicalism are not sincerely to protect the citizens, but to control the weak legitimacy of the state. Furthermore, the coming pressure does not reduce extremism but rather provokes more aggression from the violated society by the state. | en_US |
